What you'll do
Keep freight moving alongside our dispatchers — track loads, update shippers, and solve the small problems before they become delays.
Support dispatchers with live load tracking and updates
Communicate with drivers, shippers and receivers
Enter and maintain load and appointment data accurately
Help resolve transit exceptions quickly and calmly
What we're looking for
Entry-level welcome — an interest in logistics is a plus
Clear written and verbal English communication
Organized, reliable and a quick learner
Comfortable with data entry and juggling several loads at once
