What you'll do
Own the cold chain. Plan and monitor refrigerated loads so temperature-sensitive freight arrives exactly as it left.
Plan and assign refrigerated (reefer) loads across the board
Monitor temperatures and transit around the clock
Coordinate with drivers on setpoints, fuel and appointments
Keep produce, food and pharma freight on time and on temp
What we're looking for
1+ years of dispatch, logistics or transportation experience (reefer a plus)
Strong written and verbal English communication
Comfortable coordinating with US operating hours
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Familiarity with TMS / ELD tools is a plus
