Own the candidate experience from application to orientation
Hit weekly hiring targets with a full, healthy pipeline
Represent the Cargo Runner promise honestly and warmly
What we're looking for
1+ years in recruiting, sales or customer service
Excellent English phone communication
Goal-driven, personable and persistent
Comfortable with a CRM / ATS (training provided)
